Whilst a Minds Ear Orchestra Performance is a stunning finale for your delegates, our Energisers and Workshops are unique and unforgettable additions to your leadership/team building schedule. Based around the Minds Ear central philosophy of enabling the musical creativity in everyone, participants not only enjoy creating music as part of a group but are also able to direct and control the music.

Whether it’s the pioneering skills, confidence and quick thinking fostered by conducting the orchestra or the team work, creativity and communication promoted in the workshops, the Minds Ear will provide an invigorating and inspiring experience for all of your delegates.

On the day, the MEOWs presence will be co-ordinated on site by either Gemma or Joe, both have many years of experience providing musical workshops in the corporate environment. All programs can be tailoured to suit the specific goals/themes of your event and are designed to be fully inclusive. No prior musical knowledge is required!
